Tournament Cancellation Policy
Once all payments are received, the schedule will be sent out. Teams withdrawing after the schedule is posted will be subject to our refund policy below.
If Home Run Tournaments cancels an event,
0 Games played = 100% refund
1 Game Played = 50% refund
2 or more Games Played = No refund
If a team withdraws from our event,
Before Schedule is out = 75% refund
After Schedule is out = 0% refund

At Home Run Tournaments, our goal is to release tournament schedules as early as possible. This helps coaches, parents and players plan for the day of the event. Once all payments are received, the schedule will be published.
Teams withdrawing from the event are subject to the following Refund Policy:
